Confirm your terminal and meeting point
Use the terminal on your current airline itinerary and check for changes before travelling. Do not assume the same meeting place works for every terminal.
- Before arrival
- Agree on a reachable contact number, the approved meeting point, delivery charge and who pays parking or waiting fees.
- If your flight changes
- Message the coordinator with the new flight details. Reconfirm the handover time and any additional charges; a delayed flight does not automatically extend the rental.
- At handover
- Allow time for driver verification, the agreement, condition photos, fuel and odometer checks before loading your luggage.
- Before your return flight
- Agree on the return point and inspection time in advance. Leave enough time for the handover and your airline’s check-in requirements.
E-Rentals organizes the agreed handover with our car handlers; we do not operate an airport rental counter. A self-drive rental gives you a vehicle for the agreed rental period. An airport transfer is a separate journey with a driver.

What your written rental quote should settle
E-Rentals confirms the terms for your specific vehicle and rental. Use this checklist to understand the full commitment, including charges beyond the starting rental price.
Deposit and money due
Ask for the rental subtotal, deposit, delivery and collection charges separately. Confirm who receives payment, what secures the booking, and how the deposit is reconciled after return.
Mileage, routes and extra hours
Agree the full-period mileage allowance, excess-kilometre charge, approved provinces, fuel return level, pickup/return times and any late-return charge. A delivery address does not grant provincial driving permission.
Insurance, liability and support
Request the coverage, exclusions, renter liability and incident-reporting contact for the exact unit. Ask what documents are needed after an incident and whether replacement transport is offered.
Cancellation, extensions and early return
Before paying, confirm cancellation notice, charges and refund terms. Request an extension before the agreed return time; availability and a revised price must be agreed. An early return does not automatically create a refund.
