NCR Plus rates cover approved provincial use in Cavite, Laguna, Rizal or Bulacan, not delivery alone. Weekly and monthly provincial use needs a negotiated mileage and destination adjustment; Metro Manila packages do not guarantee provincial coverage. Other destinations require a quote.
Fuel, toll fees, parking and other trip-related expenses are not included unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.

Rental price and money due
Request the rental subtotal, delivery and collection charges, any deposit and the total due before handover. Keep a refundable deposit separate from the rental cost.
Mileage and destinations
Agree on the allowance for the full rental, any excess-kilometre charge and the permitted destinations. Include provincial trips in your request.
Drivers and protection
Confirm accepted documents for every driver, insurance coverage, exclusions and your liability. Ask how incidents should be reported.
Return time and extra hours
Agree on pickup and return times, any grace period, overtime charges and the fuel return condition. Ask how a late return or extension changes the total.
